Modalities:

TMJ Massage - Massage on the muscular structures surrounding the Temporomandibular Joint (Jawbone) to relieve pain and tension and other symptoms relating to TMJ Dysfunction. Intra-Oral Massage (working inside the mouth) is often incorporated with the Client's consent. TMJ Massage is also a great option for clients who suffer from frequent headaches and migraines.

Prenatal Massage - Therapeutic and/or relaxation-based massage with positioning modifications to support mom and baby. Reduces pregnancy-related pain, discomfort, stress, and anxiety. Improves mood, eases insomnia, and promotes better quality sleep.

Post-Partum Massage - Therapeutic and/or relaxation-based massage that is beneficial for supporting the mental and physical health of birthing parents post-partum. 

Therapeutic Massage - A treatment-based massage with focus on specific problem areas or injuries, may utilize a variety of techniques to release tension, reduce restrictions, increase range of motion, increase blood flow, and support injury recovery. 

Relaxation Massage -  A Swedish style massage with light pressure and gliding strokes to release superficial muscular tension, reduce stress, and induce a state of relaxation by activating the parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system. 

Cupping -  Therapeutic Modality where cups are placed on the skin and suction is used to create negative pressure in the soft tissue. Alleviates pain and tension, reduces inflammation, increases blood flow, improves range of motion
