COVID-19 Protocols: Masking is the client's choice. My private office allows for social distancing from surrounding businesses. There is also a 30 minute break between clients where all equipment is thoroughly sanitized. Please do not book if you are ill or have been exposed to/tested positive for COVID-19.

 

Arrival Time: Your session begins at the start of your scheduled time, please arrive at least 5 minutes early to your appointment. Arriving late to your appointment may subject your session to be shortened as I am not always able to accommodate "make up" time.  If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your appointment time, your session may be considered a no-show and subject to charge

 

Cancelation/No-Show policy: Leaving a valid credit card on file is required to reserve your appointment.  You will be responsible for the full cost of your appointment if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time. If you fail to show up to your appointment, this will be considered a "No-Show" and you will be charged for the full amount of your scheduled service. There is no charge for cancelations before the 24hr mark. (note: cancelations within the 24 time period of your service due to COVID19/other illness and emergencies will not be charged. Payment is processed at the time of your appointment.)

 

Zero-tolerance policy: Solicitation or harassment, sexual or otherwise, is prohibited. The services provided by Julia Paholak are strictly professional. Violating ethical boundaries will result in immediate dismissal as a client and you will still be expected to pay the full amount of your service. Legal action will be taken if necessary. Additionally, bigotry or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.

 

Consent: By scheduling an appointment, you consent to receiving treatment in the form of massage/bodywork, Reiki, etc. as a therapeutic service. We will communicate throughout your session to ensure boundaries are respected. Please understand that services at Eclipse Massage & Wellness is not medical treatment and does not replace medical care. All client information provided will be kept confidential unless required by law. Your medical information will not be shared with other healthcare practitioners in your care without your consent. 

 

Discounts & Packages: Discounts cannot be combined. Discounts cannot be applied to services purchased as a part of a package. Clients who have purchased packages that fail to arrive to their appointment or cancel after the 24 hr mark will be charged the full price of their service using the card on file.
